Barbara A. Fuller, MBA, PMP is consultant, speaker, writer and coach. She has over 20 years of experience in Project Management ranging from large multi-year projects to agile based projects. She has a B.S. degree in Information Technology and a MBA in the Systems Approach to Management. She also has a certification in Business Process Management. This foundation allowed her to lead technical teams, project managers and business teams to outrageous success utilizing the disciplines of Project and Process Management. Upon leaving corporate America she formed her own firm named Process and Project Solutions, Inc. whose services include: consulting, coaching, development and delivery of customized training. Barbara is also the co-founder of the BDPA Dallas, Texas chapter that was chartered in 1987. She also is a former BDPA National Officer.
