This training is better than classroom training and even better than training using a project simulator. Because. PPS allows you to use an existing project, preferably one that you want to get off to a fast start. The training will be led by an expert Project Manager and allows your project team to learn while doing. This type of training is also good for the business client because it allows them to see by example the advantages of project management.

Lessons Learned Process Design and Implementation

A great amount of time is wasted in non-productive meetings and in other forums [such as brainstorming sessions, lesson learned sessions, status meetings or decision making meetings].
The culprit is usually lack of training in how to plan and facilitate these meetings or forums. You and your people are not the blame because the skill to plan and facilitate is an art and a science. Fortunately, it is a skill that can be learned. Process and Project Solutions, Inc [PPS} provides hands-on training that will allow your employees to learn while doing.
The next time you sit around a table with a few of your peers and feel the need to multiply the amount of money being wasted or you find yourself at a status meeting that last more than an hour or a brainstorming session where most of the participants are not engaged then step outside and call PPS. We will show you and your team how to plan and execute meetings and forums.
This training is better than regular facilitator training because we come along side of you and utilize your own meetings/forums and your people as the training ground. The training will be led by an expert facilitator that will guide your team through different types of meeting settings from the planning to the implementation. You may identify some people as facilitators and they will receive additional coaching on-site and additional coaching after the training is completed if necessary. Another great outcome is that those that are designated as the facilitator will learn ‘how-to’ but those attending the forum or meeting will learn by example. Once your people see the effectiveness of a meeting using our proven methods they will want to follow the ‘best practices’ and will allow these best practices to infiltrate the organization.
